Junior Sub Editor

Job Summary

Write and edit news articles, features, and other content with accuracy and clarity.

Cover news events and stories from the field, conducting interviews, gathering information, and ensuring timely reporting.

Develop engaging and original content ideas that align with our editorial standards and audience interests.

Review and refine content for grammar, style, and adherence to our editorial guidelines.

Work closely with reporters, journalists, and other editorial staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.

Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content being produced.

Manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the media industry.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi, with excellent writing and editing skills in the language.
