Job Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Edit articles, news reports, analysis, and features related to sports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to the organization's style guidelines.
2. Ensure consistency and maintain the editorial tone, style, and voice of the publication.
3. Adhere to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Assist in the development of headlines, subheadings, and captions that engage and inform readers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, or commerce is most preferable but it doesn't matter if it's a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in any other subject.
2. Proven experience as a Sub Editor or similar role in an online or print publication, preferably focused on sports
3. Excellent command of Telugu grammar, spelling.
4. Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional proofreading and editing skills.
5. Proficient in using digital content management systems and other publishing tools.
6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
