Assistant Manager - Sales Operation

Job Summary

• Act as a key point of communication between clients, internal teams, and finance departments, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery. 
• Coordination with Operations Team: Facilitate ROs login and ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Campaign Management: Supervise & monitoring the campaigns execution & performance in alignment with campaign requirements.
• Client & Traffic (Ops) Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and the traffic team to ensure precise campaign delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Finance Coordination: Work closely with the finance team to manage invoicing, submit invoices to government clients, and track the payment credit process.
• Payment Timelines: Ensure timely follow-up and adherence to stipulated payment credit timelines from government clients (Ministries, PSUs, Govt Bodies etc).
• Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for efficiency and suggest improvements in operational workflows.
